Terms & Conditions

  • By accessing and utilising The Saga Stays, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
  • All guests must carry a valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.) as mandated by government regulations.
  • Non-resident guests are not permitted in the villa/apartments without the manager’s approval. Permission is granted upon submission of a valid ID.
  • Any guest above 6 years of age will incur an additional charge as communicated during the booking confirmation.
  • The Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late checkout are dependent on availability.

An additional fee will be applied for early check-ins before 9 am.

For late checkouts between 12 pm and 4 pm, half-day charges will be incurred. After 4 pm, full-day charges will apply.

  • Guests may cancel reservations according to the provided policy:
    • 100% refund (before 30 days).
    • 50% credit (15-30 days).
    • No refund (<15 days).
    • 100% if dates are sold out.
    • Restricted Period (Nov 1 – Jan 31): No cancellations.
  • The number of guests allowed is specified in the booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction.
  • Additional guests may be accommodated, subject to both extra charges and prior approval from the management.
  • Guests must adhere to house rules, including noise restrictions, no alcohol in the pool, and pet guidelines.

Swimming suits are mandatory in the pool.

A ₹15,000 charge applies for any broken items in the pool, including glass, plates, bottles, etc., for refilling and special cleaning.

A charge of ₹250 will be levied if the villa/apartment key is lost.

  • The Saga Stays is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of valuable items or damages during your stay. In case of any damage, charges for repairs or replacements will be assessed accordingly.

Guests are advised to ensure the safekeeping of their health and belongings. The management is not responsible if guests engage in any illegal activities.

  • Privacy Policy: Information Collection: The Saga Stays collects personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information.
